Bathrooms do not have to have a theme or
design to be beautiful in appearance. Using colors can create the
same effect for the bathroom décor. There are options available of
the colors are endless only to the imagination of the person doing
the decorating.
Some of the more popular color selections are basic black and white.
This color scheme can be for either the male or the female so it is
considered a more open design. The effects of the contrasting colors
appeals to many people.
Besides being appealing, the ease of selecting the colors is easier
and simpler. The different ways to use the color combination are
unlimited. One method of designing the bathroom can be as follows.
Use a white shower curtain. A black curtain will show the water
spots but it can be used if desired. Use black rugs and bathmats.
Mix the colors for the accessories of the trash basket and sink
accessories. Use both colors for hand towels and overlay the towels
to add to the effects of the colors. Add accessories of anything in
the two colors for the walls and figurines on the shelves. A simple
black square cube will make a nice touch sitting on a white piece of
material.
Since the colors are standard, they are available at all retail
stores. It will not be difficult to find matching colors or other
accessories in basic black and white. When the time comes to replace
the items in the bathroom, replacing the exact color will be simple.
The only issue is finding the same material yet many people do not
worry about matching the materials of the items used in the
bathroom.
To change up the black and white theme, a design can be added to
spice it up. There are geometric designs and wildlife patterns. Go a
little wild by selecting an animal print of a zebra and add that
theme to the current theme to enhance or completely change the it.
The zebra skin affect will make the bathroom appear more exotic.
Since it is fashionable to use the zebra skin design, many people
have used the theme in the bathroom as well in the living room and
the bedroom. It is a theme that will go in any room of the home.
Art deco is another black white theme used in the bathroom. The
theme is based on different shapes and designs in the color scheme.
It is more modern but is it also a nice classy approach to
decorating the bathroom. For the individual liking the modern art
theme, the art deco theme will take the bathroom theme to a higher
level. They will enjoy the look in the bathroom.
